Attempts & Collection Process
Three Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partner will make three (3) separate attempts to deliver your order to the provided address.
For each attempt, the delivery agent will try to contact you via phone call, SMS, or email to schedule the delivery.
Failed Delivery After Three Attempts
If all three delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
You will be notified via email with further instructions on how to proceed.
Alternative Collection via Locker System
Once the package is returned to our warehouse, we will arrange for an alternative collection method through a secure locker system.
You will receive a unique pickup code and locker location details via email.
The package will be held for 7 days in the locker. If uncollected within this period, the order will be returned to our warehouse, and a restocking fee may apply.
Additional Shipping Fees
If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts, additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery or locker collection.
